Chad's journey to founding Visible Projects spans nearly two decades of helping organizations transform. As one of only ~150 SAFe Program Consultant Trainers (SPCTs) worldwide, he spent the last decade training and coaching Fortune 500 companies, government departments, and major global enterprises.
The Strategy Tools Master Trainer certification added a powerful dimension: the ability to design and facilitate world-class strategy sessions using 50+ proven tools across formats like hackathons, sprints, bootcamps, and strategy journeys. This intensive 5-day program in Norway, working directly with Strategy Tools founder Christian Rangen, crystallized the orchestration philosophy that drives Visible Projects today.
Today, Chad combines these capabilities with practical automation and AI implementation—orchestrating everything from strategic planning sessions to digital transformation delivery. He's also co-founder of Clever Assets, focusing on enterprise property management, keeping him connected to large-scale operational challenges.
