• "Services" refers to workshops, training sessions, consultations, and automation services offered
• "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity booking or using our services
• "Workshop" refers to any training session, course, or educational event offered by Visible Projects

3. Workshop Bookings

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment system (PayFast). You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant workshop details.

Workshop Requirements

Some workshops may have specific requirements such as software installations, accounts, or equipment. These requirements will be communicated in advance, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are prepared for the workshop.

Workshop Materials

Any materials, resources, or documentation provided during workshops are for your personal or business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials without our express written permission.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayFast, which supports credit cards, debit cards, instant EFT, and other South African payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by PayFast in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 7 days before: Full refund minus any payment processing fees
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop
• Less than 3 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person or receive credit for a future workshop

Cancellation by Visible Projects

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to an alternative workshop date at no extra cost

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at savingtime@visibleprojects.co.za with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop attendance, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original workshop date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and workshop materials, is the property of Visible Projects and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Record workshops without express written consent
• Resell or redistribute workshop materials

8. Workshop Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during workshops. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our workshops and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Disclaimer

The information provided in our workshops and on our website is for educational purposes only. While we share practical strategies and tools for business automation, results may vary depending on your specific circumstances, implementation, and business context.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings as a result of attending our workshops or using our services.
